2009 Meeting Schedule

All
meetings will adhere to the agenda. Deviations will be allowed only by
consensus of the Board of Trustees.
Any district member wishing to
add an item to the agenda or bring an issue for the utility board to
address must submit the topic and written information to the Lost Lake
Utility District (LLUD) five (5) days prior to the scheduled meeting.
This will give the board time to review the information prior to the
meeting.
Any local board (i.e., POA, RCD, etc.) wishing to add an item to the
agenda or bring an issue for the LLUD to address must submit the topic
and written information to the LLUD five (5) days prior to the
scheduled meeting. The written information should include a copy of a
passed motion from the local board showing that it is a concern of the
majority.
Local boards and
district members will have ten (10) minutes to present their issues.
Issues brought to the
LLUD board by local boards or district members do not necessarily
require a response from the board. The board reserves the right to
table any issue until a later date.
All guests, district
members or members of local boards, are required to be respectful of
everyone in attendance. All guests should wait to speak until
they are recognized by the LLUD Chairman or officer in charge of the
meeting. No personal attacks or disorderly behavior that
disrupts the board meeting will be tolerated. Any persons(s)
being disruptive will be asked to leave.
